The SkillsOnBoard partners met in Cala d’Or Mallorca for the second project meeting. Probably one of the best suiting places to hold a meeting for a project supporting professional skippers!

During the meeting, all partners discussed about the further steps into the project, closing up our research phase and entering into the design and development of the training provision. The results of the research to identify the gaps and needs in soft skills development will be soon made available here!
